Barn in Afton - with Nancy Larson - Intermediate Watercolor Class - October 3
This is a painting I did several years ago. It has design flaws that we will discuss and correct.
We will also study how to handle afternoon light. A variety of tree values cradle the scene. Add cows if you like. I will have directions available. The fence is the string of pearls to hold it all together.
This is NOT a beginning class. Please email me before you register for this class at NLarson.Art@outlook.com. You may want to bring a snack or lunch for this four-hour class.

Supply List - If you have taken watercolor classes with Nancy in the last five years, you will already have the supplies you need. Please ensure that you have the following to bring to class:
These include a plastic palette with 10-12 wells;
warm and cool colors of red, blue and yellow (not from Michaels or Hobby Lobby student grades);
large (16) round brush, 12 round, 6 or 8 round, liner brush;
9x12" board to mount paper;
lead pencil;
kneaded eraser;
masking tape;
spray bottle;
paper towels;
1-2 water containers like cottage cheese size;
2 sheets Arches cold press watercolor paper - 9x12";
sheet transfer paper,
sketch book.
