This piece was made by gel printing found paper and printing my own gel printed paper. It was then transformed into a paper painting by intricately tearing pieces of the paper. I had found metal door to a machine that I have been holding on to and thought it made the perfect porthole. Of course it needed a compass, so I cut it from my laser and then painted it.
