I found a photograph from the internet, and it inspired me. The first step was creating almost a skeleton. I used wire hangers which were rigid and sturdy, and I could stand up both figures. I remembered my sister made a poodle from a hanger, so I knew that it would be sturdy. So layer by layer, I added more wires, and went to the hardware store which was like going to the art store. I used a screen, on the man, as an idea for clothing to differentiate from the kangaroo. I used colored wires covered in to make it more artistic. I thought about weaving the color wires which were the top and final layer, putting the wires close together, but I thought that showing the layers was more artistic, so it worked just fine.
