Grab your sketchbooks and tag along with Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox. Walk along sky blue waters, talking with the loons and finding pretty lady slippers in the wooded forest of pine trees that reach tall to the sky. Meet cows grazing in the pastures as we imagine ourselves out on the farm. Lisa will introduce her Junior Art Explorers to all the wonders of our State and engage them in drawing Minnesota’s favorite icons. Lisa will provide easy to follow directions and photo cards for the Junior Art Explorers to use as a reference to make their very own Minnesota masterpiece. Lisa’s drawings have travelled the globe and currently hang in Paris. She will have a coloring sheet of this drawing to color as part of this 2-day art expedition. (Ages 10-16)
