Saturday, June 21st

• 11:00 – 11:45 AM

• 2:00 – 2:45 PM

Sunday, June 22nd

• 1:00 – 1:45 PM

• 2:15 – 3:00 PM

What you’ll learn:
Your budding artist will discover the basics of chalk art and how to work directly on the pavement, just like real street artists! Students can choose to learn the grid method for drawing or work one-on-one with the instructor to bring their own design to life.

Meet the Instructor:
Katie Walters of @KWaltersStudios — a seasoned chalk artist with over a decade of teaching experience, known for her vibrant work in Minnesota and Arizona.

Helpful things to bring:

• A printed reference image if your student has a specific design in mind

• Knee pads or a cushion for comfort

• Water bottle and healthy snack

• Hat and sunscreen

This is an active, hands-on class that involves sitting and drawing on the ground — so wear your "ready to get messy" clothes and come ready to chalk it up!
