I chose The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint - Exupery to spread the message of love, care, and compassion. The rose in the book is a symbol of love.
In the book, the little prince wanted to protect his beautiful rose and save his love by watering and taking care of it every day. But he decided to leave, as it became very difficult to take care of it.
The rose teaches the little prince about love, that time away from one's beloved causes a person to better appreciate that love, and that the love requires responsibility.
