This landscape art wall hanging was inspired by my love of spending time at the ocean and watching the waves roll in. I have done many landscapes scenes using oils as the medium. I challenged myself to use pieces of fabric as the medium. Small pieces of fabrics were cut out and fused together on a background to complete the ocean scene. Then I completed the wall hanging by thread painting the scene and using ink tense pencils to accent the scene.
