After applying a thick layer of paint to the canvas, I add noodles to the wet paint. When dry remove the noodles, leaving groves. Multiple layers of paint are applied, and once dried is sanded down to reveal the previous layers. I finish the work by blocking off areas with a marker. The resulting effect creates an abstracted comic art like painting.
